Vehicle operators and cyclists remain solely responsible for assessing current meteorological forecasts, official police barrier notices, tire condition, brake fluid boiling indices, and legal roadworthiness before attempting any high-pass ascent. Under no circumstances shall Quiva Alpine Cartography Ltd. or its contributors be held liable for mechanical failure, brake loss, vehicle recovery fees, stranding, bodily injury, or loss of life resulting from transit on roads documented herein.
