1. Principles of Data Collection

Quiva Pickle Parad operates an informational repository and atlas. We believe in minimal data footprint principles. We do not sell, rent, or lease personal identifiers, browsing habits, or geolocation records to commercial third-party marketing networks.

2. Technical Server Logs

When visiting our web server, standard non-identifying telemetry is recorded in temporary security access logs: IP address (anonymized at subnet level), user-agent string, referring URL, time of request, and HTTP response code. These logs are maintained strictly for network firewall defence and DDoS mitigation, being rotated and purged after 30 days.

3. Client-Side Processing

Tools provided on this platform, including the Mountain Pass Descent Planner, operate entirely inside your client browser's JavaScript engine. Itinerary generation does not transmit your selected pass, vehicle category, or generated file data back to our central database.

4. Direct Correspondence

If you contact us via email at [email protected], your email address and message contents are retained solely for replying to your inquiry and are never added to automated marketing funnels without explicit consent.
